Draught. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, acidic and mild farmyardy elements. Flavour is floral, fruity, some bett, mild oak and farmyard. Somewhat dry palate with mild wood to it.

Draft. An unclear amber beer with no head. The aroma has notes of lemons, brettanomyces, and straw. The flavor is acidic with notes of brettanomyces, lemons, malt,caramel, and syraw, leading to a tart finish.

Ølfestival. Cloudy amber with a small white head. Aroma of funk, cherry and dried fruit. Dry fruity flavour with a touch of cherry. A little popcorn. Unfinished.

From tap. Pours hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma is cherry, fruity and citric. Mellow and dry. Barnyard and citric to smooth finish. Crisp fruity far finish.

Sample @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Hornbeer Brewers Lambic ].Unclear medium to dark red brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, dark malt, moderate to heavy vinegar, tart, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet, light to moderate acidic and acetic with a average to long duration, vinegar, tart ,wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20160519]

KØ16. Good acetic aroma. Cloudy dark amber colour. No head. Quite acidic aroma. Nicely funky flavour with a good acid bite. Some wet rag.
