Draught. Hazy golden colour with a small foamy head. Aroma is spices, yeast, some rubber and mild berryish tones. Flavour is floral, some grains, quite evident yeast along with mild rubbery and some metallic notes.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, hops, and straw. The flavor is slightly acidic with notes of malt and lemons.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is ..... Bretty? But also with a strange meaty edge - rullepølse. Medium body, sweet malt, a little flowery and some late bittering hops. Doesn’t appear infected apart from the initial vague Brett. But more of a generic Golden Ale than any Pilsener. 100517

DØE. Clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and heavy earthy and cellar. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Really weird and unpleasant. 190516

Sample @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Birkerød Rudersdal Gylden ].Clear medium yellow amber color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, earthy - damp stain - fusty, caramel, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, earthy, sweet malt, earthy - damp stain - fusty and damp stain - fusty (jordslÃ¥et). Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
