COUNTRY JESUS - wild Southern lager. The goal was to create this beer by sourcing all ingredients as close to home as possible. North Carolina grown malt, Florida grown Cascade hops, native lager yeast from Virginia. Then we lagered it on Brettanomyces for months in order to let it do its thing. Malt forward, earthy, effervescent, with a fun lil Brett presence.

Can: Drank from a can like a man at Richmond Raceway! Aroma is sweet, grainy, bretty. Taste is grainy, bretty, some sweetness balance.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett, floral, yeast. Slick body, brett, earth, dry finish, good.
