Cordial

It is what we need to break through. It is the laughter in the misery. Something pleasant. Something to turn the tide. A poetic flirtation with the farmhouse ales that willed us into opening our brewery. There for a moment, gone with the winds, and brought back to us through the gifts of the waves in our sea. This styling pronounces our fondness for malt beverage, pronounced by the flora along the water's edge, under the canopy of trees, and carried by the breeze. Farmhouse ales have carried the lore of Wallonian brewing for centuries, and we kindly tap glasses this year with a new variation. This ale is made from warmly-fermented yeast, born of France, Riverbend Rye and Golden Wheat, German barley, and Saaz, Grungeist, and Amarillo hops. A bouquet of underripe stone fruit on the stem, oils of bergamot, green peppercorn and fresh blossoms on unrelenting trees.
