From a pint can. Pours a clear dark mahogany with a billowing reddish tan head. Aromas of raspberries, vanilla and oak. Flavors are sour raspberries with a bitter hop bite at the end.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky red-amber. Berries, cellar, funk, oak, caramel, sour, acidic, a bit sweetish, caramel. Really good.

Canned April 22nd 2021.

It pours a dark reddish brown with a pinkish head of foam. And that foam lasts for ever.

Smells of sweet but mostly sour raspberries, oaky, some acetic acid, some funk.

Taste has the fruit as I described above, some funky notes, sourness level, for me, is aboot 3 out of 5 although at times, it does get a little sharp with the tartness.

Good mouthfeel.

Aboot $7 for the can and worth it.

Tasting at Ryan's, can
Dark red-brown colour. Aggressive acidity, unbalanced, with strong acetic component, raspberries. Messy, but not bad.

473mL can, pours a deep mahogany with a small tan head. Aroma brings out deep raspberries, lots of oak, and wild yeast. Flavour is boozy, with tart raspberries, lots of oak, subtle wild yeast, and medium acidity. Loads of raspberries on the finish, with booze, acidity, and oak. Excellent.

Sample during the It's Beignet while, so Parrish the Thought of Deserting Oil of Us for this Road Trip Tasting on 06/26/2021. Clear reddish-bronze color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of raspberry, oak and yeast. Medium body with flavors of tart raspberry and citrus, oaky vanilla and doughy yeast. The finish is tart with raspberry aftertaste. Good beer overall.
