Draft at Red ace St. Paul. Reddish brown pour. Small creamy tan cap. Mild roasted malt aroma. Flavor is tangy, roasted malt with a hint of cocoa and caramel. Light bodied. Brief, dry finish.

Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear brown with a light brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has bread and light roast with a touch of dark grains underlying. Flavor has bread and light sweet dark grains with a hint of roast underlying.
