Sherry barrel aged limited version of Pime Öö.
Taste: Big and bold, this immediately makes the Pedro Ximenez felt. Luxuriously sweet, with a heavy presence of cherry and chocolate. The raisin character from the aroma comes through again, sliding down the tongue smoothly. Best enjoyed when sipped by a fireplace.
Appearance: Jet black with a brief ruby tinted light brown head.
Nose: The smell of dates, raisins, cranberries, and above all, sherry overwhelm the room. Blackcurrant jam, smooth chocolate, and a light toasted oak character come through later, whilst sweet malts and a hint of alcohol closes the aroma.
Malts: Pale malt, Munich malt, Special B, Crystal 300, Crystal 150, Crystal 200, Carafa type 2 special, Chocolate malt, Chocolate Rye, Oats
Hops: Magnum, Northern Brewer

Bottle from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Aroma is roasted malt with chocolate, sugar, syrup, molasses, brandy, coffee, soy sauce, notes of dark/red fruits. Too sweet, it's actually massive, but nice sippin'. Full body, not boozy. I get why this is worshipped, it's just too sweet for me. Nice one to sip on though.

В аромате сразу ощущается бочка, немного сладких ноток от ванили и что то вроде ликера с шоколадом и ноткой кофе, немного древянистости, возможно слива. Цвет черный как смоль, при этом тонкая пенка кофейная. Вкус немного маслянистый, бочка уже ощущается по больше. Снова древестность, немного изюма и снова намек на сливу. Сладкие нотки от ликера, карамель, нотки кофе с темным шоколадом, но при этом горячи сильной нет, а вот кислинка есть. Послевкусие с сухость от хмеля, тут уже что то вроде карамельной конфеты с коричневым сахаром, какое то пирожное. В целом очень зашло, даже не ожидал что так хорошо будет.

Butelka 33cl. Czekolada, sporo słodyczy, szlachetny posmak beczki sherry, ciut winnych nut, pełne w odbiorze, gładkie, alko ukryty choć wyraźnie rozgrzewający, ogólnie bardzo zacny trunek.

Bottle shared by Wendigo at BBT 9/2024. Very full body, low carbonation. High sweetness, med-high bitterness, medium warmth, all very well balanced. Lots of chocolate, toffee, light coffee and deep roast. Lots of dried fruits, light tobacco, woody, sherry. Not the most complex, but very intense and well balanced. Very good, worthy sipper.

BBT 09/2024. Dark brown color with small beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, sherry oxidation, chocolate, licorice. Taste is sweet, complemented by chocolate, licorice, coffee, brandy.

No foam. Intensive aroma of chocolate, sherry, cherries, red fruits, licorice, vanilla and almonds with wooden hints. Even more intensive taste. Chocolate, red fruits, licorice, vanilla, coffee. Very smooth and complex. Extremaly well hidden alcohol, beer is quite drinkable. Low carbonated. Fantastic one

Semmi hab, fekete szín. Csokis, kakaós, aszalt gyümölcsös illat, sherry-s felhangokkal. Kávés, kakaós, földes, feketecsokis, aszalt gyümölcsös ízek, sherry-s, hordós aromákkal, némi vaníliával. Édes, testes, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Szimplán csak szenzációs.
