Sunny golden-maize. Small, white head.
Juicy with big lemon/lemongrass and lots of pineapple and mango. Clean and easygoing.
Rich pineapple and mango. No scallion from the Mosaic. Soft spiciness, low but appropriate bitterness and a soft, almost chewy texture with good attenuation. Classic, prototypical NEIPA.
