Can (7/3/24) from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Hazy, pale yellow with tons of sparkle, some dark floaties, ample head with excellent retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong wheat, tart citrus, yeast, hint of bubblegum. Taste follows aroma with pepper & spice. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Decent saison.

16 oz can. The appearance is a lightly hazy yellow. Aroma shows me light lemon, soft straw, minerals. Flavor is very lightly lemon like. Soft rustic grains, soft mineral content. Light body with a nice effervescence. Bright and refreshing.

Pours hazy dark yellow into a tulip. White soapy head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Lemon and straw aromas. Crisp with sweet hay and straw upfront turning to sourdough and lemon in the dry, medium length finish.
