We brewed this dry hopped American Pils back in May 2021 and let it lager for months and months.
Affectionately named after our home in the Gonic Mill on Pickering St. Pickering Pils is brewed with 100% American Pilsen malt & hopped exclusively with the American darling Cascade. Fermented with a prominent American pilsner strain this beer sits comfortable at 5.5% abv.
This beer is a shimmering golden straw yellow color and provides aromas and flavors of soft, lemony citrus along with a biscuity cracker malt character. A delicate bitterness grows as you drink the beer and is complimented by a dry finish.

16 oz. Can. Flavor of ready malt backbone, mild grassy finish. Malt and hops are balanced well. Hint of pepper. Very soft Saaz like bitterness.
Well made.

Pours slightly hazed yellow gold into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing spiders. Scallion and cracker aromas. Crisp with sweet malt, mild scallion and cracker upfront turning to straw and earthy cascadian pine in the dry, medium length finish.
