Undated can drunk 6/25/25.
Clear, dark beige-cola. Large, light tan head, modest retention.
Rich caramel with a touch of fruity coffee in the nose, with no toast or big breadiness. Clean with a smattering of herbs and grass from hop.
Fruity and with a lovely, long caramel finish and deep base malts that are well-attenuated. Herbal, fruity, malty, balanced. No big bread, no toast. The way a brown ale should be (which is to say, more contemporary (low roast) stout-like).

Pours slightly hazed mahogany into a shaker. Mocha micro head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Dark caramel aromas. Soft with sweet caramel and earthy raisin bread upfront. Dry, medium length toasted brown bread finish.
