Our single hopped American blonde ale where we rotate a new hop in for each batch. This time around we used an incredibly unique hop that we've only used once before but we really enjoyed it, called Zappa. Hazy, fruity and dangerously drinkable, Zappa imparts notes that can best be described as tasting like the color Purple...You'll have to try it to truly find out what that is but it will click as soon as it hits your lips.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Pours light hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention turns soapy and leaves chunky lacing. Apricot and berry aromas. Soft with dusty grape and melon front to back. Lasting, dry pith finish.
