Clear golden colour with lasting lacy head. Lots of piney, resinous hops. Solid malty base.

Pours deep gold into a shaker. White head with good retention recedes to mottle surface. Pine aromas. Medium bodied with dark caramel, dried earth and pine front to back. Lasting dusty sour earth finish.

Can from their 12-pack sampler, pouring a fairly clean, with only some real tiny transparent particles, golden colour. The head is big, frothy, white, long lasting with some good foamy lacing streaks. Mild herbal nose with a touch of pine notes. Looks like a touch of oats, or vanilla softens the scent. The mouthfeel is smooth, silky with some building dryness in the finish. Citrus zest lingers. Gets a little hazy near the last pour. More like a West Coast APA than IPA, so drinkable.

Classic style. Enjoyable. Thanks NFB. Piney, malty, slight bitterness.

Aroma of resin, lemongrass, pine. Taste has soft back-tongue lemongrass, citrus, oaky malt. Palate has more pine resin, hemlock aromics, nasal notes. Good.

Clear gold pour. Thick foam. Medium carbonation. Citrus flavor with a nutty malt palate. Nice balanced beer.

Grapefruit peel nose. Clear amber, medium head. Bread crust, wheat cracker, grapefruit peel. Medium body, easy carbonation. Malt and hops don't meld together very well, but I find their distinct presences refreshing.
