Brewed with 30% wheat, this wintery version of our classic hoppy, pale ale features the use of Cryo Citra in combination with Galaxy to shivering effect. Bright aromatics of overripe mango, juicy grapefruit, and herbal hops flood the nose, while balanced flavors of tropical fruit, lime, and fluffy wheat excite the palate. Refreshingly light bodied with a soft, delicate mouthfeel, Frozen Pier finishes dry with a touch of bitterness.

Draft at Maloney's, 1/3/26. Hazy yellow, bubbly white head. Grapefruit, pineapple. Stone fruit notes. Clean and bright. A little dry. Good stuff.

Brewers Tap and Table draught, 2/2/25.
Heavily hazy, pale-brass-golden. Medium-sized, white head slowly to cover.
Bright, juicy pineapple with moderate acidity. Crusty and nutty wheat and light hints of honey from the grains. No twang.
Lightly juicy with zippy bitterness and soft, chewy wheat. Dry, but with decent depth. Maybe some guava and other mild tropical fruit notes, too. Well-hopped with no twang/chalk.

Pours hazy pear into a nonic. Bright white soapy head with little retention crackles and recedes to skim surface. Mango, meadow and citrus aromas. Spritzy with sweet straw and meadow upfront turning to mango and passion fruit before the medium length citrus pith finish.
