Spontane Wild Ale

Draught. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is fruity, some slight acidic tones, farmyard and mild red wine notes to it. Flavour is wooden, some farmyard, mild acidic floral and fruity tones with a bit of caramel to it. Somewhat dry palate.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lacto and straw. The flavor is acidic with notes of straw and lacto, leading to a tart finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and wineous. Toasted malty and slight caramelish. Toasted and fruity finish.

Draught at KØ16. Mild citric aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is citric and mostly acetic with a mild but noticeable vanilla note. Subdued bitterness but quite good in combination with the barrel or whatever gives the vanilla.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, bread, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, leather, sour, vinegar, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, bread, brett, leather, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160519]
