Brewed with Barnside Pilsner malt, German specialty malts, Canadian flaked maize, & hopped with our own Sterling hops. This Mexican Dark lager is deceptively crushable. Dark in colour but bright in flavour.

Very dark amber, thin head, more caramel/toffee, low bitterness, kind of like Victoria (the beer), so authentic character but that’s also something of a desperate measures kind of beer for me.

Brown, small beige head. Lightly sweet malt nose and palate, vaguely toasted. Light hop bitterness in finish
