Hop harvests happen just once a year in the fall. This year, for our annual fresh hop release, our brewing team crafted a Fresh Hop Extra Pale Ale. This beer is reminiscent of our original Muse Extra Pale Ale recipe with a fresh, modern take.
It was brewed with fresh Cascade hops from Northwest Hop Farms in Chilliwack, BC. To maximize the quality of those delicious fresh hops, they were picked and delivered to us the morning of August 30th, and the beer was brewed that afternoon. In addition to the fresh hops, we added Simcoe Frozen Fresh Cryo Hops from Yakima Chief Hops, and Golden Promise malts.

473mL can, pours a hazy pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma is full of doughy malt and soft floral hops. Flavour is full of vibrant floral hops, doughy malt, and some bready malt. Doughy and fresh. Real nice hoppy pale.
