A modern IPA with mosaic hops in the whirlpool and dry-hopped solely with HBC 1019 for a vibrant expression of its unique character. Fermented with an extremely fruity thiolized yeast strain, this beer features notes of melon, peaches and guava from the yeast-hop synthesis.

Cloudy gold, stark white head. Peachy grapefruit nose. Medium body, fruity citrus palate, primarily grapefruit. Light finishing bitterness

Hazy, dullish pale. Not much head. Super peachy and guava nose, rosehips, grapefruit. Medium body, medium bitterness. Kind of a guava accent in there, and again more citrus. Big fruity character to this.
