One of our favourite things about the west coast is where the forest meets the ocean. Along the shore, the sea washes up treasures to those who are searching along the Tideline.

This bold West Coast IPA balances hop bitterness with citrus brightness in a beer that will suit whatever mother nature has in store.

A malt bill featuring pilsner malt, Maris Otter, and a special blend of caramel malts gives a solid backbone while letting the hops really shine.

Playing lead guitar, Zappa hops (Named after Frank Zappa, in collaboration with the Zappa family) are supported by Amarillo and Idaho. Passionfruit, mango, and citrus lead on the nose with a resin and menthol hop forward finish.

Fermented with our clean house ale yeast for the crispness you crave.

Amber, large beige head. Nice fruity piney nose and palate. Good body. Medium malt in back with lasting medium hop bitterness. NICE !!

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Beautiful golden colour, bright, lamost clean, with medium head. Aroma of pine, gentle. Dry mouthfeel, lean, but the body is robust; there is some good malt base, present but not dominating, with some biscuity accent; the hopping unfortunately tends to be fairly pithy in the finish.
Good, but with what I consider to be a flaw.

Poured from the tap @ VCBW. Clear gold with white head. Sprucey hops, touch of citrus and resin. Clean and interesting.
