Draught. Brownish black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some roasted and smoked notes along with some cocoa and a bit of ashes. Flavour is roasted, some very dark chocolate, mild smoked notes as well as some bitterness and mild alcohol.

Sample @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2016 (Beerfestival Copenhagen) ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ AsNørrebro Don’t Be Afraid Of The Dark ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, wood, smoke. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, smoke, wood, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160519]

DØE. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and caramel. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, medium sweet hop and a little bitter.

Draft. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of chocolate and roasted malt. ThE flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and chocolate, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught at KØ16. Roasted, fruity, jammy aroma. Black colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is also jammy, not sweet, but nicely roasted and creamy. Very drinkable. Mild lactose finish.

From tap. Poursdark brownto Black with a small tan head. Aroma is chocolate and dark malty. Mild smoked. Dark malty and bitter chocolate. Roastedand bitter finish.
