Dark roasted flavors are at the forefront of our Dry Stout. A smooth, enjoyable balance between a slight espresso character and a crisp bitterness, with a pleasantly dry finish. Our take on a pub classic, and an excellent addition to any wet coast adventures you come across.

Near black, medium head. Nice chocolatey character. Thick body with medium sweetness and finishes with roasty acidity and a fair bit of bitterness. Pretty robust.

Smells of soft barley with no complexity. Has a mellow dark black body with soft lighter beige foam on top. Flavour is grizzled sweet barley, soft coffee, plenty of oversugared chocolate. Mouthfeel is full enough. This is good and sweet but there's not much dryness to be found.

On tap at Ravens, pours black with a small tan head. Nose brings out dark cocoa, light lactose and toasted malt. Flavour follows suit, with hearty oats, dry cocoa and toasted malt. Reasonably balanced, with a sturdy mouthfeel. Not overly interesting, but decently done.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Black color, brown collar of foam. Soft mouthfeel, roasty but not too dry, and with some dark chocolate note.
Very nice Stout, balanced, sessionable.
