Can, forgot to check date, from the brewery, drunk 1/1/25.
Dark with deep amber. Clear. Large, creamy/nitro, beige head steadily to ring.
Plentiful chocolate, mild fruity ester and good base malt showing a caramel-like character. Lots of mineral and clean without excessive roast or toast.
Light toast but very soft and supple removing any trace of scratchy toasted malt. Chocolate, vanilla, caramel, light raisin. Very flavorful, mellow and easy drinking.
