Hazy yellow pour with a fine head. Decent intensity in the aroma Average carbonation level. Easy to drink A bit more acidic than a normal wit. Dry ending Herbal, wheat, yeast and citric flavor [On tap @ source]

Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart lactic notes, with hay and floral bretty notes, as well as some citrusy notes and farmyard. Fairly dry finish.
