Fiskåbanen 150918. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is apple, fruit, malt, apple, pine, grapefruit, yeast. Flavor is apple, fruit, malt, apple, pine, grapefruit, yeast. Ordinary beer.

Flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, hjemme: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Behagelig og fruktig aroma med citrus, krydder og gjær. Smaken likeså, i en slank maltkropp og med en mild, krydret bitterhet (med hint av den obligatoriske grapefrukten) som gjør den lett å drikke. Iflg etiketten har de brukt belgisk gjær sammen med to av mine favoritthumler, Amarillo og Citra. En vellykket kombinasjon som jeg er fristet til å prøve selv. 5-4-6-3-12.

Big bubbly-creamy longlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry floral, weeds, old hay, yeast, flowers, minerals, wet grass, metal tank, old wash cloth, paper, bark, dried grain. Taste is harsh mineraly, weeds, minerals, bark, yeast, wet grass, metal tank, flowers, old hay, old wash cloth, harsh hops. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh metallic mouthfeel. Meh!

330ml Bottle (Thanks Cunningham) - Golden/light amber in colour. Peach, apricot, biscuity malt and some yeasty notes in the aroma. Nicely balanced taste with peach, tea, biscuity malt and some Belgian yeast hints.

Clear golden color with a white head. The head ends up as a layer. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average to rich carbonation level. Semi dry texture and a moderate bitterness. Malty, citric, mild fruity and some yeast in the flavor.
