Gladmat 2016. Deep amber color with a beige head. Aroma is bourbon, malt, caramel. Flavor is bourbon, malt, caramel, alcohol. Full body. Very nice beer.

Nice decent evening sipper. But felt that their first Barley Wine was a little bit better.
Clear deep amber color with a fine off white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Full body and a softish carbonation. A bit oily texture. No cloying sweetness and no horrible alcohol notes. Caramel, toffee, dried fruits and a quite mild barrel flavor.

No head, just some bubbles. Aroma is boozy, oak, unripe banana, booze, grass, weeds, minerals, caramel, bark, burnt sugar, bourbon. Taste is dry grassy, weeds, oak, grass, booze, minerals, bark, bourbon. Medium bitterness, watery and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Probably as far from the way I like a bourbon barrel aged beer to be as possible...
