Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Appearance: Cloudy dark golden color with a fine off white head. Good lacing.
Aroma: Toffee, mild yeast and fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average to soft carbonation.
Taste: Fruity, toffee, light acidic, some yeast and banana.
Overall impression: One of the best from this brewery for a long time! But saison…..ehh closer to a dunkel hefe weisse.
