Our 2020 beer-wine hybrids are characterized by using the highest concentrations of grape material on Burdock record. Best Fruits III is no different with 45% Chardonnay – it clocks in at a low-wine ABV. We can’t say enough good things about Niagara Golden Plums + last year’s chardonnay grapes were absolutely stunning (the best of the harvest year IOHO). Expect notes of dry umeshu plum wine, shimmering rose petals, high-end organic white jello shooters, and bright/creamy citrus. It’s fruits like these that we get out of bed for in the morning.

Bottle from Somewhere Inn at the farm. Hazy translucent straw yellow / light white wine pour. Minimal head. Aroma is sharp white wine with saison funk and some stone fruit. Taste is similar. Very sharp and bitter. Lemon. Grass. Farm. Funk. Metal. Quite sour. Palate is nice with soft carbonation. Not my favorite.
