To celebrate the launch of YCH’s new hop Talus™️ (formerly known as HBC 692), Carbon Brews, Double Haven Brewing, Heroes Beer Co. & Young Master 少爺啤 work together to create Operation Hop Drop - Talus™️ Fresh Hop IPA. With the generous help of Yakima Chief, 200 kg of Talus™️ whole cone fresh hops were air freighted from Yakima Valley to Hong Kong within 40 hrs in order to retain freshness.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8
Can from Winerack at home. Slightly translucent copper orange pour with puffy white head. Aroma is dank piney melon. Taste is similar - quite earthy. Palate is smooth with light carbonation. Quite a strong alcohol flavor despite relatively low ABV. Not bad.
