33 cl bottle poured into a Snifter. Dark amber colour with a thin lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, cherries, sherry barrel, vanilla, booze, overripe fruits and blue cheese. Taste is sweet. Full bodied, cap went off on the way home but didn't effect the carbonation. Lasting sweet finish with cherries and caramel malts. Really something for the sweet tooth. Brewery seems defunct.
