Pigs Ear. Cask. Actually and XT collaboration brew. Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and a little crispy. Mild floral bitterness. Light pithy orange and grapefruit. Mild hop spice. Light floral finish. Decent.

Flavour is straw malts with a a bit of sweet honey malt, earthy lemon hop is quite subdued. Palate is semi sweet, grainy on tongue and moderate carbonation. Lingering orange rind.
