33cl bottle from Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. Pours slightly hazy amber with an off-white head. Mild malty aroma with caramel, hints of roasted malt and some fruits. Medium sweet with moderate flavour intensity and a fairly decent bitterness. Fair enough.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Rotbart Rotbier ].Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity malt, tart notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acdic with a average duration, tart, sour, sweet malt, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160422]
