From a 75 cl bottle at Cph. Food Space. Slow cheese event. Slightly hazy golden colour with as few white bubbles on top. Tart, fruity aroma with apples and citrus notes. Taste is light sweet. Medium bodied. Finishes tart fruity with apples and lemon juices. Lovely Cider.

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy to clear yellow, small white head.Crisp zesty apples arome. Mild sweetness. Smooth apples fruity. mellow and slight citrusy to sweet apples. Lingering light citric and fruity finish.
