(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch #17 - BB 01.01.2018, at Pikkulintu, 20150507) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had pine, burnt malts, smoke and herbalness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, burnt malts, sweetness, liquorice, saltiness and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, salty and bitter. A too burnt brew to be called as an IPA but still a tasty one.
