(On tap) Clear golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving some laces. Fresh aroma of fruit and a little floweryness. Medium body, distinctly sweet pale malt and fruit. Yet a surprisingly hoppy finish that balances things out pretty well. A very decent and quenching spring refresher. Presumably a crossover beer between a Belgian Blonde and a Wit. 260408

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet with light spicy notes - especially coriander. The flavor is sweet and rather spice with notes of coriander and lavender being strongest, but also with fruity notes of banana and notes of wheat malt, leading to a dry spicy finish. A somewhat odd wheat clone, malted wheat and wit yeast - fermented warm.

Hazy yellow with a lasting white head. Very weak aroma of yeast and spice. Thin and weak grainy sweet flavour. Flawless but very boring beer.

Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma is spiced and light yeasty. Mild spelt-ish flavour, not really wheat as such. Light orange peel note. Mild Brewpub yeast note goes through the flavour. Mild estery and acidic into a dry finish. Plain and simple, not really interesting.5-3-5-5-11=2.7
