Brewed with the brewers at Kobo Brewery, Minoh Beer and Coedo Brewery - all of whom traveled over 10 thousand kilometres to collaborate here in Toronto - Gacha Gacha represents the capstone of a year-long collaborative project with many breweries and friends from across Japan. Gacha Gacha is a Czech Lager with a judicious blend of organic hibiscus flower from Quebec, creating a luscious rosé-coloured Lager that's both refreshing and refined. Kanpai!

This was a collaboration with Minoh, Kobo and Coedo breweries.
Godspeed Gacha
Czech Lafer with Hibiscus
Salmon pink in color with a pinkish tinge to the foam. The aroma is mild sweet slightly fruity hibiscus while the taste is somewhat metallic. I don’t think the hibiscus held up well, shame.
Medium bodied and smooth lager though.

5oz pour at Stillwell. Pours very murky gold with a white head. Straw and fresh grass on the nose. Flavour has strained grass, herbal notes. Decent enough, but not great.
