Bottle 750ml. clear glass.
Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate pear, light apple and vanilla. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, sweet pear, fruity, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is fizzy. [20111031]

Bottle at papsø tasting. Clear Yellow, no head. mild aroma, faint apple and pear, hints of rubber. flavor is slightly fruity apple and pear, earthy note that I don’t like, seems to be natural. Flavor is mild, almost boring and the earthy or spicy note (which is very faint) still manages to mess up the flavor profile.

Bottled. A golden perry. The aroma has notes of dark golden beer. The aroma has notes of pears. The flavor is sweet with notes of pears, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Sweet’n’tart fruit nose. Medium body with an initial sweetness and then a subtle and pleasing tartness that makes for a great balance. Very easygoing. 311011
