Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 10, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.

Unclear light yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy barnyard, vomit, light to moderate pear, mold - damp stained. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, dry dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20100122]

Cask. Cloudy - almost opaque - pale yellow with no head. Tart - almost vinegary - nose. Medium body, sweet’n’tart pear accents, very fusty. Discreet tarrtness in the finish. 220110

Bag in a box at Reading BF 2010. Hazy silver gold. Cheesy perry aorma. Rather a good perry in the mouth, a little basic, but some tannin and dryness on finish. Tannin builds on finish. Tasty.
