22 oz. bomber from Berkeley Bowl. It pours a very clear pale golden yellow color with a medium off white head. Very light colored. The aroma is pretty strong with floral/spicy/earthy noble hops. Some light notes of honey and grainy pilsner malt. Maybe a touch of alcohol too. The flavor is clean and floral with nice hay-like pilsner malt and touches of honey with a medium to strong floral/earthy finish. Very clean and crisp on the palate despite some heavy pale maltiness. The rather strong bitterness accentuates a dry finish. Carbonations seems a bit low. Overall, a pretty enjoyable Bock.
