The beer is a glowy orangey amber color. Nice looking. Clouded through. Medium white head, fine bubbles. Aroma has a solid malty sweet base. Fairly doughy. Very light toast note. Moderate sweetness. Mineral and citrus hops. Creamy mouthfeel. Easy to drink. I guess it has a nice balance to it, as much as I hate that concept.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a dark, hazy orange color with an off white head. The aroma has big notes of herbal tea, mint and watermelon. A bit strange, but not bad at all. Lightly toasted malt in the background. the flavor is very orangy and herbal with a little lemon tea and toasted malt. Pretty sweet with a weird lingering tea-like aftertaste. Lightly acidic and astringent. This one didn’t really work for me.
