On tap at the Barrel House. It pours a mostly clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma has some pale malts, light grains, light fruity esters of pear and spiced apple. The falvor is light and dry with a little spice, pear and vanilla. Soft mouthfeel. Nice pale malt character with a hint of pepper in the finish. Really pleasant. A good example of what I imagine a Grisette to be. Tasty.
