Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy yellow with a small, white head - some floating impurities. Very complex funky aroma, citrusy and bretty, salty even. Medium body, soft carbonation, again citrusy, funky, salty, very minerally with a late hint of baking yeast. The sourness is definitely there, but it’s downplayed and pleasant. A truly complex experience. 050417

Bottle. Pours hazy pale golden, medium kinda fizzy white head, good lacing. Aroma is Citra, passionfruit, guava, lime, grass, mineral water. Flavor is dry, juicy, light tart, hints of funk. Light body. Tasty.

At the source on the bottle release day: pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is funky yeast, fruitiness, hops, and sugar. Taste is nicely sour. Very fruity. A tad woody. Nice aftertaste. Light sweetness. Not quite bitterness. Really good.

On tap at the Modern Times Festival of Funk. It pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is lightly lemony with some flowers and hints of funk. The flavor is bright and floral with some lemon, herbs and soft tartness. Good stuff.
