Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours as clear crisp yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of straw supported by a bit of ginger coming through. Flavor has a stronger ginger presence with a good amount of citrus and a touch of grain.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a light golden color with a white head. The aroma is lightly salty with some sweet ginger. A little pale malt. The flavor has some subtle sweet ginger, pale malt and mineral water. Light bodied with low bitterness. Well done.
