On cask at Cellar 3. It pours a pale yellow color with a creamy white head. The aroma is floral with notes of melon and bread. The flavor is smooth with more melon, bread and some citrus in the finish. Low bitterness and creamy on the palate. Not getting the spices or yeast character traditional in the style. Great cask serving though. Good one.
