On tap at Mikkeller Bar SF. Golden with a white head. Quite relaxed with some brett and fruit.

On tap at Hog’s Apothecary. It pours a golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma is potent with citrus fruit. Grapefruit, lime and orange. The flavor is a bit more balanced with bread, wheat and lightly spicy yeast but still very citrus forward. Mostly mildly tart oranges. Not sour. The finish has some wheat and orange. Nice oily body. A good one.
