On tap at Drakes. It pours a very dark and hazy amber color with no head. The aroma is heavily sweet with bourbon and caramel. Perhaps some coconut, but it’s hidden within the bourbon barrel aromas. The flavor is also heavily bourbon influenced with lots of alcohol, fruity esters, nuts, toffee and caramel. Alcohol is a bit oppressive. Good carbonation. Too sweet and boozy and the malt complexity just isn’t there to support it.
