From bottle to pint glass. Funky Belgian yeast with spicy esters. Hazy, rich golden with full and sustained white head. Taste is dominated by the yeast, with a cracker malt. Spice and noble hops. Bread like finish. Very tasty.

12 oz. can from Beercraft. It pours an orange color with a quickly dissipating off white head. The aroma has some notes of dried fruit and pepper. The flavor is strong with peppery yeast, dried apricot and orange. Good carbonation and mouthfeel. Mild toasted malts before a spicy, peppery finish. Maybe a touch soapy, but well attenuated and it seems pretty Belgian without the off flavors commonly associated with American versions of the style. Good.
