Carefully cellared bottle. Pours clear orange, small off white head, some lacing. Aroma is oak tannin, bugs, lemon, hint of basement and aged cheese. Flavor is medium tart, light plus funk, citrus and tannin. A bit low on carb. Medium body. Remains a lovely beer

On tap at The Rare Barrel. It pours a light golden color with a white head. The aroma has some cereal grains, apricot and light toasted malt. The flavor is nice. Not too sour with notes of tart peaches, grapes and mild hints of harsher vinegar toward the finish. Very lemony lactic tartness in the back of the throat. A simple, lactic barrel bomb.
