This is a very Special 5.2% abv salted caramel Stout. When you get perfection in a glass then it really doesn’t do justice trying to add tasting notes to a truly exceptional stout. Needless to say, get yourself a glass, try it and then add your own comments to it!

Cask at EBF April. Aroma had gravy and sweet chocolate and fruit. Dark and glossy. Thin foamy beige head. Sweetest caramel. Slightly bitter coffee edge. Then more salty caramel. Light-medium bodied
Fizzy carbonation. Long finish.

Beer Number 4 at the Bradford Beer Festival 2025. Moreish despite only a light saltiness. The stout is mildly sweet too.

Near black with a creamy off-white head and creamy sweet roasted malt on the nose. Bitter roasted malt with just a hint of salty caramel, and a dry bitter finish
