Assemblage 2024.
This is the first vintage of a blend that should come out regularly for years to come. Bouchon was blended carefully from our most complex and singular barrels, with brews going back as far as 3 years ago. As always, the focus if on harmony and subtility, but this is special beer for us as it expresses a more complex side of our sour beer barrel program. As a result, it should age gracefully in the coming years. All with a nice waxed top,

Bottle, directly from brewery. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Mix of wood, funk, fruity hints (berries, grape). Taste: Nice and very well balanced mix of wood, rural funk, fruity berries, grape and hints of forest fruit. Hints of Sherry(?). Light to moderate tart, light sweetness and very light bitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nice complexity. Great blend.
