Description : Bière de haute fermentation, légèrement cuivrée de type Smash (Single Malt And Single Hop), elle est constituée d’une seule sorte de malt d’orge (le Pale) et d’un seul houblon belge (le Cascade). Légère et désaltérante, sa levure lui confère une petite note fruitée en fin de bouche.

30/VI/25 - 33cl bottle from Marlou (Zonhoven), shared @ Marie & Christophe’s sushi dinner, BB: I/2026, BR100 (2025-610)

Clear gold blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity touch, very floral, honey, pretty oxidized, yeasty, some coriander. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, malty, some citrus, grassy, spicy, coriander, soapy, bitter touch, more sweet malts. Aftertaste: yeasty, banana, sweet, lots of malts, grains, come caramel, meh.

A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of herbal pale malt, vegetables, dry hops. Taste of herbal pale malt, vegetables, sharp bitterness, high carbonation.

Wenig hopfiger, dunkel getreidiger Beginn. Milde Süße, moderat herb, parfümiert hopfig, kurzer, süßlich hopfiger Abgang. 9/6/6/7/8/7
